At Globe-Trotter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
